Used 45kg which is a bit over 80%, no trouble there.
I’m not that good at DUs and got 130 reps.
Then I did a class that focused on T2B and K2E which ended with a 12min amrap.
In teams of 3, one person at each station:
Rotate when one teammember finishes their 40 airsquats.
Not sure how many T2B and DUs we got.
Also did a 50min ashtanga yoga class earlier in the day.
